How I Will Help You

The way we'll work together to solve your problem is based on a series of hourly meetings at the clinic, usually once a week.

During each session we'll discuss how you're progressing, identify your goals and the changes you need to make, and then work to make those changes using hypnosis and other psychological tools.

Hypnosis is a safe, effective and modern form of therapy with an increasing amount of scientific research to support it. Unlike what you may have seen on television, you remain in control of yourself, aware of your surroundings and comfortably relaxed.

Having made changes to how you think, feel and behave during the session, you'll further reinforce them by practicing and testing new behaviours and choices during the week. Then we'll meet again to discuss the results and work out what else, if anything, needs to be done.
