Stages of Therapy
The way we'll work together to solve your problem is based on a series of hourly meetings at the clinic, usually once a week. Together, we'll work through five simple stages:- Initial Consultation - A free, no-obligation initial chat to see if we can work together.
- Gathering Information - Setting goals and working out what needs to change for your problem to be solved.
- Making Changes - Using hypnosis, psychotherapy and other tools to help you change how you think, feel and behave.
- Testing - Assessing what difference the tools have made to your life, and whether the problem is solved.
- Consolidating - Reinforcing what's working, and changing what's not.
