Stages of Therapy

The way we'll work together to solve your problem is based on a series of hourly meetings at the clinic, usually once a week. Together, we'll work through five simple stages:
  1. Initial Consultation - A free, no-obligation initial chat to see if we can work together.
  2. Gathering Information - Setting goals and working out what needs to change for your problem to be solved.
  3. Making Changes - Using hypnosis, psychotherapy and other tools to help you change how you think, feel and behave.
  4. Testing - Assessing what difference the tools have made to your life, and whether the problem is solved.
  5. Consolidating - Reinforcing what's working, and changing what's not.
